Does Devanta support FEFO (first-expiry, first-out)?
Yes. Lot numbers and expiry dates are captured when you receive stock, and the pharmacy module dispenses the earliest-expiring batch first. Near-expiry alerts use a days threshold you set.
How are Senior Citizen and PWD discounts computed?
The POS applies Senior Citizen discounts under RA 9994 and PWD discounts under RA 7277, including VAT exemption. Discount types are configurable, and each discounted sale is recorded for reporting.
Can I trace which customers received a recalled batch?
Yes. The distribution listing shows which customers received each batch, filterable by product category, batch and date range, and can be printed or exported.
Can I run a clinic or Animal Bite Center with my pharmacy?
Yes. The clinic module covers patients, appointments, prescriptions, Animal Bite Center incidents and vaccine schedules, and patient billing — connected to your pharmacy stock.
